At Radclyffe, our Master Calibration Facilitators do just that…help your coaching and leadership team take your Call Quality Program to the next level by facilitating your Management Calibration Sessions and teaching your team how to effectively assess interactions AND focus on the Pivotal Behavior and outcome of the interaction. Along with the assessment process, these facilitated sessions review the coaching strategy…and how to effectively provide feedback to the front-line staff member that will ensure behavioral change and a positive feeling about the feedback experience. 1 hour and 15 minutes with a follow-up report after each session
